Ti-Base & Digital Synergy

Engineered for Absolute Digital Success.

Match physical reality with your digital design. Manufactured to micron tolerances for a guaranteed passive fit, with no manual milling.

Digital Synergy — A true “Digital Twin”: physical components precisely match our Exocad, 3Shape, Shining3D, RealGuide and PALM libraries.

Anti-Rotation Grooves — Maximum mechanical retention for Zirconia, eliminating debonding risks.

Esthetic Gold Anodization — A warm golden hue that prevents gray shadowing through gingiva and translucent Zirconia.

Overdenture Solutions

Retention Philosophies for Every Patient.
Two distinct engineering approaches. One goal: stable, patient-friendly prosthetics.

DLOC — The Modern Standard — Ultra-low profile with pivoting mobility. Corrects divergence up to 40° while reducing cap wear.

Ball Attachment — The Classic — Proven simplicity and a forgiving fit, with resilient vertical and rotational movement. Ideal for geriatric cases.

Dual-Retention Technology — Mechanical interlock meets frictional retention for a secure, audible “click”.

Healing to Final Impression

From Soft Tissue Management to Flawless Transfer.

A seamless clinical progression: sculpt the optimal emergence profile, then transfer it perfectly to the lab.

Precision Tissue Management — Gingival heights from 0.5 mm, from thin mucosa to deep pockets.

Conventional Transfer — Open and closed tray copings capture the exact implant position.

Digital Transfer — PEEK and Titanium Scan Bodies deliver high-fidelity data to your CAD software.

Complete Digital CAD/CAM Integration

Seamlessly move from impression to final milling with matched digital components.

A seamless clinical progression: sculpt the optimal emergence profile, then transfer it perfectly to the lab.

Official implant libraries verified for perfect milling tolerances. Available for Exocad, 3Shape, RealGuide, PALM, and Shining3D.

Why is the "Library-to-Physical" match critical for Ti-Bases?
Even a micron discrepancy causes fit issues. XGATE uses a "Digital Twin" protocol, ensuring the physical Ti-Base matches our Exocad, 3Shape, RealGuide, and Shining3D libraries precisely. This guarantees a passive fit without manual milling.
When should I choose DLOC over Ball Attachment for Overdentures?
Choose DLOC when vertical space is limited (low profile) or when you need the stability of a "pivoting" mechanism. Choose Ball Attachment when you need a "resilient" stress-breaking function or when treating geriatric patients who require the easiest possible insertion path.
How does the Ti-Base surface design prevent decementation?
It features Spiral Retention Grooves. This increases the bonding surface area, creating a mechanical lock with cement that prevents vertical displacement of Zirconia crowns.
How does the Overdenture system handle divergent implants?
DLOC offers superior divergence compensation. By combining an Angled Abutment (up to 30°) with the pivoting action of the retention cap, you can correct up to 40–50° of total divergence between implants.
Are XGATE prosthetics compatible with my current implant system?
XGATE manufactures components compatible with 50+ major platforms. Unlike generic "compatible" parts, ours are manufactured to OEM-level tolerances to ensure a tight, micro-movement-free fit at the implant-abutment interface.
Do I need a specific scan body for digital impressions?
Yes. For maximum accuracy, use XGATE Peek or Titanium Scan Bodies. They are calibrated specifically for our digital libraries to capture the exact implant position and rotation.
